•  Milly is a skilled osteopath with a first-class Master's degree in Osteopathy from Swansea University. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. With over 1000 clinical placement hours in both NHS and private settings.

• Milly has a passion for helping people from different backgrounds. She offers a gentle structural treatment, using various techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisations, muscle energy technique, exercise prescription, and lifestyle advice. She does not tend to use manipulations/HVT's (cracking).

• Milly is also a fully qualified Scar Therapist having undergone training in the renowned Restore Scar Therapy treatment approach. This enables her to offer a comprehensive and personalised approach to scar treatment, focusing on both physical and emotional aspects of healing. She has a special interest in those with scars, chronic pain, and age-related conditions and is continually developing her skills through continued professional development (CPD) courses.
